An aspect (devotion) to serve the Nation from our own field has made him to work in sector developing the exploder, Multizone Door Detector & high sensitivity Search Metal. A hands on experience in high voltage equipments like Automatic Tan delta, Oil BDV, Partial Discharge & mastery over insulations has fruitfully made a good rapo in the power related Giant companies. Such ever growing demands and requirements (in developments) have given rise to the Hightage Electric LLP.

His contributions under the brand name PCS began since June 2005, when he took over. HEL got a commanding leader ship of 15 years experience in the field of Instrumentation, supported by expert Engineers along with him.

In Power sector, visited more than 80nos, 400 KV switch yards in India. Sorted out contradictions raised by MESB, in the biggest of C and Tand Bridge Order in India till date. Given a successful demo / performance of C & Tan system supplied to MSEB engineers at two locations in presence of HQ persons of MSEB, in 1996. The order conformation of Indian make instrument for Maharashatra State Electricity Board saved.

Got the corporate approval of PGCIL (Power Grid Corporation of India), first time to an Indian company in the field of Test and Measuring instruments. In-depth analysis of many EHV substation components like bushing / 350 MVA Transformer / CKT braker grading capacitor/ CT’s / PT’s etc. for C & Tand measurement in 400 KV switchyard.

Participated in R&D program of PGCIL at 5 different 400KV substations for analyzing temperature effects on EHV Transformer / bushings & induction effect for measurements of capacitance and Tand parameters to establish repeatability / consistency.
